The Unethical part is that..... You are always suppose to ask for permission when you do something. And it is also illegal when you copy pictures so you are not supposed to do that. And the ethical thing is...... that he said the truth did not lie. That is the ethical part.

If you don't like what you see or what you feel move on as soon as possible. Always have a great attitude be ethical  and do the right thing. It don't matter if you have worked there for 10 years. It does not matter it is what the company thinks of you if you could be fired or something.

 You are suppose to be comfortable in work. And make friends chat a little.  Have parts to talk not just stay silent and be a loner. You are going to have to feel comfortable when you work you are always safe in your work no one is a stranger. Well they are but they are going to work with you for a week or month or more. So that is why you are always suppose to be comfortable. 

                             Ethical Situation

     The wrong thing is that you are never suppose to do something like that because,what if some one did that to you? Would you like it? Well i wouldn't  because that would be very embarrassing for me or for you. Also the person who did that is doing a wrong thing. First of all because they are not suppose to be in other people's business. Second of all,you are not suppose to divert a  other people's e-mail. What if they did that to you? So you are not suppose to do that for all of these reasons!!!
